Tips for Add Ons

The techniques described in the Goju-Shorei System especially those within Goju-Shorei Karate are extremely effective while at the same time allow for individuality and give a way for the practitioner to really grasp the “art” in Martial Arts.  However this freedom with the “Add Ons” can leave the most seasoned of martial artist standing there like a deer in the headlights.  Here are some tips when practicing the techniques in any rank of Goju-Shorei…
