Friends in Alaska

I spoke yesterday and again this morning with our friends and family in Alaska. Master Terry Adlawan ans his wife Sussie are both safe and have been reunited in Anchorage. We pray the remain so. Mahalo.

Having Fun

So as some of you know, I was forced to have back surgery in September. By October I was completely off of pain meds, though after several years on that terrible stuff, withdrawals were a tough "street-fight". Recently, after training, I've been needing an Aleve but not much else. Yesterday I had a blast, center judging a tournament here in Las Vegas for about nine hours. I haven't been on my feet that long, moved that much, or had as much fun in years. Since then ... no pain! NONE!!!…
