Martial Arts for the 21st Century

The Bones were developed by Soke McNeill. These are just a few examples of what can be done. The coolest thing is that anyone can build these. Contact Soke McNeill for details.

Hey Di,
The Bones have lead shot in them. They weigh from 15 pounds to 26 pounds, and are 4 to 6 feet long. The sudden shifting weight is what makes them soooo effective. These babies work the shoulders, arms, back, lats, chest, abs and butt (not that I have any butt left).

Dave, you are so inventive and creative--this looks like an excersise i would like but not yet--especially to build core and stamina--what do youputinthe tubes for weight-it sounded like nails and screws--
I walk every day with my walker and every few days I can take a few steps without any aid--three weeks ago went 30 steps this way. A few days ago I went 600 steps with my walker.
